GENERAL RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our general return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we will not accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging. To complete your return, please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
We apologize for any inconveniences, but at this time gift cards are non-returnable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will reach out to you via email. If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (usually within 2 weeks).
SALE ITEMS
At this time, items listed “on sale” at time of purchase cannot be returned. All sale items are final.
DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS
Kizazi stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, we will gladly replace the item free of charge. Send us an email at contact@kizazi.com and send your item to: Franco Silva- Kizazi, 5100 San Felipe Street, Houston, Texas US 77056.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
SHIPPING
To return your purchase, please mail your product to: Franco Silva- Kizazi, 5100 San Felipe Street, Houston, Texas US 77056.
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective/flawed items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
